What does the Kid's Pizza come with?
Does it comes a salad?
Or is still the choices of grapes, carrot sticks, or applesauce?
Do they get a dessert? What kind?

Pizza Planet - No salad. They can pick from the grapes, applesauce etc. The only dessert choice is a chocolate chip cookie. I may have read somewhere about asking for a dessert substitution (based on preference, not allergies - allergies will be accommodated) but I don't remember the precise issue or what was desired as a substitution.
