Toy Story Mania-when will it open?

When will Toy Story ride be open? This is our favorite ride! Maybe Oct 10th?
We will be there Oct 12-13.
Any idea what they updated?

Also for the Halloween party-should you bring a bigger bag for trick or treating or is that frown upon or is that smart thing to do? or do you use the small bags and dump them in the bigger bag?

I believe TSMM is supposed to open on the 10th

Yes you can bring bigger bags. The bags they give you are pretty small and not all that strong. Many bring a bag that can close (for rides) and dump their trick or treat bags into there once they start filling up.

Thanks-I couldn't figure where that information was posted! I hope it really does open on the 12th-only bad thing is the lines will probably be extra long! oh well we have to ride it!

We always took bigger bags, we had a reusable bag with a spider on it for our last trip, the girls and DBF got the smaller bags when we entered but I just used the reusable bag. Every so often I told everyone to dump their bags into mine, by the end of the night my bag was quite heavy but it worked out just fine.

when we were at Disneyland last month we got one Halloween 2010 Disney reusable bag so I was planning on bringing it. It is super cute!
