I didn't make the cut in the lottery.

I didn't win either.

I don't think they have time to do an official AP event.

I can say with confidence that there isn't an AP preview on the event schedule.

But, I do believe they can still do a soft opening without any heads up in the weeks leading up to it. They will just quietly let people in who are in the area.

If, and that's a big "if" they do, it'll be a case of being at the right place at the right time and not a soft opening.

I think the better phrase may be test opening, but I sort of more or less thought that is what a soft opening was. I guess a test opening is even more testing mode

So are you saying that if I just camp out in front of the entrance for the next two weeks, I may get in? I guess either that, or they'll call security and throw me out...

I'm guessing it'll be the latter.

Between the 3 of us, yeah. We get the emails pretty regularly. Especially since I had my new account built. I haven't missed an email mailing since.
