We won't be able to get to Toy Story Land in the morning, unfortunately. BUT we are trying to get a Slinky Dog FP, but if we can't, would you go for Swirling Saucers or Toy Story Mania? I'm leaning towards Saucers, but I wasn't sure which ride usually has a longer wait in the late afternoon/early evening?

Toy Story Mania would be my choice for FP if I can’t get Slinky Dog. Alien Saucers consistently has the shortest wait of the 3, by a lot.
Not necessarily. With the added third track waits have been more reasonable for Toy Story Mania. Also if going when its hot I would rather wait inside at Toy Story Mania than outside in the Aliens queue.

Fair enough. We walked onto Alien Saucers twice (posted wait was 20 minutes, we were the next group on the ride so actual wait was maybe 10 minutes) the last two times we were there while (August and September, both mid-day or early evening visits). Shortest wait for TSMM was 45 minutes.

The reverse is always possible and the A/C is nice at TSMM. Right now it’s 35 minutes for Alien Saucers and 80 for TSMM. Even with the A/C there’s no way I’m waiting 80 minutes with my toddler in tow. That’s pretty much what dictates my FP decisions now. The joys of parenting!
