Toy Story Collection line

I was surprised not to find a thread on this already. To those who collect TSC, I was wondering how much trouble you had finding Bullseye. I live in Canada, and I'm 90% certain he never came here. One day I'll track him down on eBay (since he's the only one I have left for my collection to be complete), but for now I was just wondering if anyone here knows what went down with him.

Sorry if this is old news. I still don't know why he was so oversold.

Also, any news on whether or not more characters will be added to this line? I couldn't find anything on Google.

He's still at disneyshopping.com If they don't ship to Cananda, do you have a relative in the US who can have him shipped to their house, then re-ship him to you?
