Toy Story 3 Theory (spoiler alert)

Hi, all.
I saw Toy Story 3 for the first time, and I kept thinking there was something familiar about Bonnie. It suddenly came to me... it's Boo! A little older, but same mannerisms. Anyone else think that?

Bonnie isn't Boo, but alot of people think she is another girl at the daycare, the one playing with the blue cat.

I see the resemblance with pink headband girl, in the cheek structure, but I still think it's Bonnie... unless bonnie doesn't have brown eyes... but i can't find a good picture of bonnie and i can't remember what color eyes she has.

did it bother anyone else that they kept talking about Mrs. Potatohead as Andy's toy, but she's really Molly's toy? Didn't Molly get her for Christmas?

Do you remember when Woody lost his hat outside the daycare? Anyone remember when he got it back? It seemed like it was gone and then back but I can't remember when it happened.

It was thrown on the ground in front of Jessie after Buzz imprisoned the toys in the wire baskets to show that Woody was gone for good.

I'm not seeing much resemblance in any of the girls, but I'd say that pink headband girl looks more like Boo than Bonnie does.

Thanks for putting those pics side by side. Honestly it wasn't the physical features that caused me to make the connection, it was the body movements... the way they both sit on their feet and the way they held their head when they were listening. Maybe it was just unintentional because the animators were the same.

I can see they look a lot alike, but if it is the same girl then they changed Boo's name. Boo's real name is Mary Gibbs.

I'm pretty sure Mary Gibbs is the daughter of one of the story artists, and she did some of the voice of Boo. I don't think it's Boo's name. Or maybe it's both??

Boo's real name is Mary, as shown briefly on one of the crayon drawings she shows to Sulley in the scene where Boo is going to sleep on Sulley's bed.

Boo is never named in the movie other than "Boo" As you said Mary Gibbs was the voice of Boo. Ok I see in the above post that there is a reference to the name Mary being Boo's name I'll have to watch again and see if i notice it...

I'll check the vid, too. although it would be odd... unless Boo is developmentally delayed, it would be unusual for her to write her name before she can speak her name.

ok, watched a bit of Monsters, Inc.... not the scene with the drawings, but near the end. Boo can't be Bonnie. When Sulley brings her home, he picks up a few of her toys... including a Jessie doll. If Boo has a Jessie, Bonnie can't be Boo. Oh well. Maybe it is pink headband girl with the blue kitty. She doesn't have that sparkle in her eye, though.

Monsters Inc is my DD's favorite movie and has a book that she reads over and over called the Essential Guide to Monsters, Inc and it says that Boo's name is Mary Gibbs.

Boo called Sully "kitty". Teh girl in the daycare is playing with a kitty who's coloring isn't too far off from Sully ... maybe that's the clue?

I'm pretty sure that at the end of the first toy story, "mom" says lets let molly open a present and the soldiers say "its a mrs. potato head".....So I think she did belong to molly.....

I thought Bonnie was Boo's older sister. Bonnie's mom is obviously pregnant and that would explain how Boo got the Jessie doll in her room. And they do look like they could be sisters.
