Toy Story 3 movie deals-$8 coupon NOW LIVE-link in first post

TRU does not price match

TRUs does price match but it has to be the exact same item and you have to give them a copy of the ad from the other store. (or at least mine does)

I got them to price-match to the Tinkerbell (or was it BAB? movie?) with another store. However, b/c I was also going through their pre-order promotion the manager didn't want to give me the price-match in addition to the pre-order. In the end, she did but she said they probably wouldn't in the future b/c I was then cheating the system.

I'm still waiting to hear what TRUs will do ... if nothing else I will go back and see if they will price-match to Target for just the plain BR + combo (not with Buzz doll) and my pre-order. I figure I can always ask.

I'm not able to print the toy story coupon. I just bought a macbook and it keeps making me install the coupon printer thing. ugh! This is so frustrating!!! I never had any problems printing these coupons with my desktop computer.

I can't get the DMR coupons to print with a MacBook. I need to use a Windows PC to print. Pretty annoying -- not on the part of the Mac, but how finicky the coupon print feature is.

Am I missing something at TRU? Everyone else is offering the 2 dics combo pack for around $25 and TRU doesn't seem to have that. I only see the 4 disc pack for $35. Is that right? I am trying to figure out the best deal and will be by the Disney Store today. Trying to figure everything out before I head up that way.

Just got back from the Disney Store. I used my $8.00 coupon. Total $20.17. Got my $10.00 coupon and the picture. :cool1:

I ended up at the Disney Store as well. They have some toys that I can use my coupon on so to me it was a better deal than the Buzz toy I already have or a clock I won't use.

I'm confused about the Best Buy Plush Pack. It's title says "Exclusive Toy Story 3 Pixar Plush Pack- DVD" and it lists it as $17.99 If you look further down the page it lists format as DVD. The picture shows the plush pack. Does anyone know if this is a set of DVD and plush or are they two separate items with 2 separate prices?

It says receive $5 off the plush set. So the set would end up being $12.99 plus the cost of the movie

Giant Eagle

Blu-Ray Combo: $27.99 - $8.00 coupon = 19.99 + $5.00 off your next shopping trip = $14.99

DVD only: $19.99 - $4.00 with your Giant Eagle Card = $15.99 + $5.00 off your next shopping trip = $10.99

I plan on doing the CVS deal. Spend $25 in P&G and get the TS3 DVD for $3.99. I need some staples anyway, so I think it's the way to go for me. Plus, we don't have a BlueRay yet.

Hmmm...I'm leaning toward the TRU deal. I guess the Phineas and Ferb DVD would count as a Disney Movies purchase, right? I want that, too. Then I get that and the TS3 Blu Ray combo, free clock, and $10 GC! Will it work if I use that coupon, too? I wonder if I can sort of double dip the deals and do the Phineas and Ferb deal for that free clock, too? DS also wants the Perry guitar for Christmas. Oooh, if I do that, can I get the other $10 gift card with a $75 purchase? I bet not, but I'm willing to try. Dare me? :rotfl:

We've been trying to print the $8 off coupon for 2 days on three different computers with NO luck! Argh!

Today I went to TRU and put down the $5 for the pre-order. It will be $34.99...Then I will get Mater's Tall Tales for $14.99 (DVD only, we don't have Blu-Ray yet either). Total would be $49.98. I can use a $3 off coupon for each so that brings it to $43.98. I will get a $10 gift card (so now $33.98) and the clock. Lastly, we'll use the $5 rebates from Ray-O-Vac and Campbell's, so the total will be $23.98.

I think that's the best I'll be able to do unless I get the darned coupon to print...SO frustrating! (Can I get them to price match to Target?)

Debating whether to cancel the pre-order and take the CVS deal. I have to look into it more. Not sure what P&G products we could or would use.

For those that have trouble printing, do you get a bunch of boxes at the top of the page but nothing else loads? If I click on the bottom center of the boxes, another similar page comes up, click bottom center again and it prints. It comes out of the printer fine, but my browser or firewall or something just doesn't those coupons!

Go for it! And let us know how it turns out. Last I went to TRUs they said I could combine a Disney Manufacturer coupon and one TRUs coupon, but I couldn't use 2 TRUs coupons in the same transaction ("not valid with any other TRUs promotion or coupon").

But my philosophy is that I'll always ask ... you never know what will work.

Hmmm, I'm still undecided...on where to purchase

My nephew is totally into TS3, so I will give the clock to him if I get it. So, that works out. What is the $5 thing you are referring to?

Ok, I'm not thinking straight tonight ... so I scrapped that $5 thing...I was thinking originally it was the $5 preorder from TRUs ... but there is also the Campbell's rebate (don't use Rayovic).

I think I'm just going to wait and see what you all get.:thumbsup2:lmao: Maybe TRUs will lower their price like they did on the last movie.

I am still hoping that TRU will be doing a deal where you can put down a deposit on Fantasia, and get a discount on TS3..... That'll bring the price down to below Target/Best Buy.

I did the Amazon deal with Maters tales. Toy Story 3 was in my mailbox last night, I was surprised to see it thinking it would arrive today. Very cool and I dont have to go chasing around trying to find the best deal.
