Toy Story 3 B-day party ideas

Looking for budget ideas for my kids' birthday party. We are having a joint celebration for 3 kids (ages 4,6,8) at a movie theater for the opening day of Toy Story 3 in June

I found TS3 fruit snacks at Target.. now I need some more BUDGET ideas for the favors/goodie bags. We are having about 45 kids so I can't spend too much on the favors -but I wanted something besides plain candy.

Amazon has a bag of 40 of the green army men for $ 5.50.... you could get a couple of bags of them, put a few soldiers in..... ( I hope I'm allowed to put this link...)

You can't really beat the buying in bulk savings from OT, but here are som ideas:

Purchase bandana's for each kid (I can usually find normal bandana's for $.50 or less) or purchase a yard or so of material and make your own.

Make your own TS mini coloring books - download pics from the internet, then size them to be a small notebook size mini-coloring book. Make a "cover" that says something about the party, staple them, and you are good to go! You could make your own word search puzzle book for the older kids.

TS stickers from Dollar Tree or Target dollar spot.

Make building block or other shape sugar cookies - you could put Toy Story on them, or each kids name. Make these ahead of time and pass them out when they leave the theater, etc.

You could make cards that have a Toy Story theme (same size as kids valentine's) and put a pencil, sucker, or other small item in it (by punching holes in the card). You could even make these and they could put them on their straw during the movie.

Just wanted to add that our Dollar Tree has the green army men for $1. Might be cheaper than ordering those.
