Townhouse/condo direct from owner

Someone mentioned the other day being able to send out requests for quotes direct from the owners and then getting the quotes in emails?

Could someone please tell me more about this?

I starting to freak out a bit over this townhouse I was going to rent in Regal Palms and really need to find some new quotes to compare to quickly.

go to vrbo.com and you can fill out forms to inquire about properties you are interested in
also, windsorhillsrent.com and you can simply fill out one form and the owners with available properties will email you with quotes

Freyja the Regal Palms property sounded great. What is the problem?

I don´t know, really. Just kind of a funny feeling. First of all there is no website for the townhouse, other than vrbo and there are no reviews to be found anywhere. Vrbo only has 2 pics of the townhouse. I asked the owner to send me some more and he just sent the same 2 pictures. He was going to send me an invoice last week but didn´t until today. Today I recieved the invoice and it was all wrong. Said it was for a 11 night rental instead of 15 nights and that there were 3 kids instead of 5, etc.

I don´t know, just kind of strange.

You can do a search like that on lastminutevillas.net but I would select the number of bedrooms you require otherwise you will get hundreds of replies

Not sure how many bedrooms you need, but here's a 3 bedroom at Regal Palms that I thought sounded nice. We decided we wanted to stay closer to property though. http://www.regalpalmsrental.com/

I've used www.orlandovillas.com in the past. On that site you can fill out 1 form and send it to multiple owners all at once. Very time saving feature.
