Towncars?

My family and I will be headed to WDW in July and are giving serious consideration to using a Towncar service (there are 4 of us) - mostly due to the willingness to stop at a grocery store. Does anyone have recommendations for which service to use (or which service to stay away from). We used one last time but that was in 2004! Thanks for any advice.

There are many good car services out there. I have used Fl Tours and Tiffany with good results.

Please..people....anyone who tries to get around the word filter will be subject to board infractions. There are only two car service companies that have been banned from discussion here...and we have managed to hit on both of them in just a few hours. What's going on??

We have used Tiffany for five trips, and will be using them for a sixth time in November. Great service, courteous drivers -- can't recommend them highly enough!

Why were companies banned from being mentioned on the DIS??

There are two companies that have been banned. If you try to put in their company name, the word filter will put ****** in it's place. If you try to circumvent the word filter, you will be subject to infraction points.
Why were these two companies banned from discussion? Because they violated board guidelines regarding posting. Both companies asked their customers to write postive reports about their company. It's okay to post about your car service experience if you choose to report about it, but it is not okay for a company to ask you to do it. Nor is it okay for a company to have it's employees register with the DIS and then post about what a great company so and so is. These things are against board guidelines.
The bannings didn't have anything to do with the service they provided. THey just violated the board rules.

Just for the record people.....I will no longer allow any mention of a banned company. I will no longer allow the post that mentions the company to remain, even if the name is *****ed out. The post will be deleted.

If you want groceries but want to use DME have you considered a grocery delivery service? www.gardengrocer.com is one we used. Cold stuff was stored by Bell Services until we arrived and then all brought up once we were in our room. Very easy to use.
