This is out first time using a towncar service. I have an email into our travel agent asking what company they use. Now what type of car do the pick you up in?
 
The only type of car I have seen is a Lincoln Towncar. I have heard of some Mercedes Benz but have never seen one. They also have stretch limo's and vans.
