When should I book our towncar from MCO to WDW? I have our flight booked so should I do it now? I have booked our rooms directly through Disney, what towncar service will Disney use if I book it through them?
Also, our flight is through US Air and what happens if our flight is changed by April when we are leaving? That's why I'm wondering if I should book closer to the date of our arrival in the event the flight schedule changes. Advice appreciated.:)

first of all congrats on your upcoming 25th anniversary trip

we just got back from ours on the 19 th and had the most magicial time:D

I booked a towncar as a surprise for my DH

I booked it only about 2 weeks before we left. I was so confused as to which one to use. (I did get alot of helpful suggestions from this board I must have asked a million questions!! I called 3 companies just to get a feel for them.

I picked Prestige Towncar basically on a phone conversation. I liked the way they seemed business like yet casual if that makes any sense;)

the RT cost was $85 ($5 less if you book on line but i dont like making ressies on line in case something goes wrong)

our driver was Ray was very nice and easy to talk to.
Everything went like clock wrok my DH was very surprised

first time I was him speechless!!!!

we had a 30 min grocery stop at Publix

all in all we were very impressed.

good luck let me know if I can help in any way

I usually book about a month before and the last two times I've gone with Cartier Towncars. I got great service from them and last time they even upgraded us to a stretch limo (both ways)! I remember reading some people book as early as possible so that they lock in the price (in case there is a price increase). I wouldn't worry about booking early... if your flight time changes, you can always e-mail the company to let them know :)
