Towncar prices?

Does anyone know how much a towncar round trip would cost? I read on a couple different posts that some people only paid $10 or 'Less'. When I called to ask the man told me it would be $150. Are there cheaper prices with an AP ?

We use Star Taxi and they charge $140.00 round trip. We have used them 4 times and will be using them in July/August. Very dependable.

Tiffany towncars charges about $90 round trip

We used Happy Limo which is 80-85 dollars depending on which resort you stay at. (You can save 5 dollars off that with a mousesavers code). My parents have used Tiffany Towncar. We were both happy.

I think the 10 dollar or less quote you got was probably referring to a 'per person' rate. Like Mears is 29 round trip per person. Happy Limo is 80 dollars round trip in a towncar which holds 4. So for 2 people that would be 40 per person, for 3 it would be 27 dollars per person and for 4 it would be 20 dollars round trip. (That's 10 dollars one way.) Depending on how many are in your party getting a towncar can be a great deal.

Depending what resort you are going to the prices will vary a little bit. We will be at the Polynesian in July and our rate from FL Tours was $115 (for their full price list go here http://www.fltours.com/rates.htm ) I would highly recommend a towncar service, it is a great way to start your vacation with someone greeting you at the airport and taking you directly to your resort. Also, most of the towncar services will make a quick stop for you at a grocery store if you need to pick up any essential items. We have not used FL Tours before, but they come highly recommended from this board so giving them a try this year. Have a great trip and I hope this helps out.

We just returned from a trip to the Poly, and I can not stress enough how much stress and aggrevation having a limo service saved us. Our first trip we drove, second trip we flew and rented a car, and this trip we flew and were picked up by a FL Tours and it was by far the smoothest! Especially for DH.
