Town of Celebration.

Can anyone tell me if they think buying a property in the town of Celebration is a good investment.Thinking about moving there.

I don't know much about investments or the housing market in Florida, but I know I like Celebration. Stephen and I took a tour of the properties last September. The houses are gorgeous. There are a number of options from apartments to huge houses. I have heard one person complain because of all the tourist who drive through there looking at the properties. If you're wanting privacy, that's probably not you're option.

We met a couple and their young daughters from Celebration while in line to board the Wonder this summer. They are moving out. They have had enough of people driving by and staring at them. So, like tc said, if you want a private life, its not a good idea.
