Town Car Help

OK, I'm now exactly a month removed from my last wdw trip and my (much) less than satisfactory experience with Cartier Town Car.

For those keeping count, I did get a refund from them after they left me stranded at WL, but only after several weeks of e-mailing (and threatening).

I am now planning a short trip back down for May and I'm looking into transportation possibilities. Since I hate the idea of renting a car (and its too expensive) and a Town Car and a cab are just about the same price, I am leaning towards giving the Town Car plan a second try.

I would therefore like to get people opinions of the other Town Car companies (not Cartier, I'm thrilled if you had a good time with them, but they are not even in the equation). Right now, I'm between Tiffany and FL Tours.

I know no company is perfect, so I'm not afraid of hearing the good and the bad. But if they did you wrong, let me know how they handled it and if it was handled to your satisfaction. If they were late, was there someone in the office to take a call, how did they respond.

I want details folks!!

I know this is a frequent question, but I'm too lazy and busy to go hunting through pages of posts.

Ok - here is my "town car story"!

I have traveled to WDW about 2-5x per year for the past 5 or so years. After the first two trips I got smart and tried Tiffany Town car. They are always great - from the online ease, response time with confirmation and or questions and when I needed it they always had a booster seat for my daughter. The drivers were always on time, helpful with bags, courteous, I love the grocery stop and the cars are always clean.

I did try the You Ride company last year on a budjet trip as they offered a lower rate - mistake. They never picked me up for the return trip to the airport, I was panicing alone with my two young daughters. To be fair - they made things right but I won't use them again.

Back to TTC for me and reinforces my motto - if its not broke don't fix it. TTC for me, in fact I just booked them for our Feb trip.

Several times with no problems.Have always been on time with clean car and nice drivers who are also safe drivers.

You might want to give Happy Limo a call too. We use them a lot and have never had any problems. As a matter of fact, we're using them again this weekend for our Thanksgiving Disney cruise.

I am just back from my first ever trip to orlando & would recommend your ride any day. They were very helpful & friendly even when I had to change my departure time at very short notice they still arrived on time! BRILL!!

We go to Orlando 2-3 times a year and always use a town car service. We used to use TTC and had one bad experience and started using YR until last trip when they werent at MCO for our arrival.

Have an upcomming trip in 2 weeks and did plenty of research for a new one to try and ended up booking with FL Tours. They were great about answering my questions quickly and I am in hopes that we have an awesome experience with them!

Good Luck deciding! I had planned on trying Cartier but after reading about your last problem and a few others we decided to not chance it.
