Okay, I have a question. I LOVE Rock'n'Roller Coaster but Tower of Terror seems very scary to me. I live in the roller coaster capitial of the world and am more then used to moving fast and going down. Not saying that I like it just saying I am used to it. I can handle just about anything as long as I don't feel it letting go of me. I like the feeling of knowing that the machine is holding on to me. (Weird I know but I have had some bad experences with rides that do down...like falling out of them!) Can somebody give me details on Tower of Terror? Do you feel/hear it let go? It is scarier then RNR or not? Help!
OK, I had the same problem when i was about 12. It actually isn't that bad! Like Rock'n Roller Coaster, you know how you can't even feel the loops? Well, i couldn't feel most of the drops! What hapeens is they try and freak you out with a littel movie. *freaked me out when i was 7, had to take the chicken elevator* then, you wait in line, and get in. You are fastened in, so you don't fall out. In adds, they show people standing. BIG LIE! then, you go through the tower, you see some interesting things, then they raise you to the top. then they drop you a little, stop then drop you a little more, stop, then raise you, drop you a little. This is like for 2 times, then they do the big one. It is random however. But you really don't feel it. In space Mountain. when you go down a hill, its kinda like that. So it isn't bad. You will be wanting to ride it over and over again! Plus, when you have ridden it, you can make fun of the sences and the movie! *giggles*

it really depends on what you like...if u get motion sickness this may not be that good of a ride for you, but since you like rollercoasters i think you will be fine. even tho i hated the ride, i felt secure the whole time. i hope you try it out, cuz u might like it, but do whatever makes u feel comfortable!

I got dropped 6 times! when it broke down, we hade 2 walk on a glass mirror type floor, & i thought we were going to fall through the glass, but it was pretty neat! We got to see all screen & the track!

I have seen your tower of terror on a tv programme over here in Australia and it is totally different to our tower of terror.

Here is our theme park website that has our tower of terror and other amusement rides like The Giant Drop which is the tallest freefall ride in the world. www.dreamworld.com.au

My advice is to try the ride.......maybe u'll like it ....if not dont do it again.......i've been on the ride like ALOT but i watched a movie on the rides @ WDW and the Tower of Terror was in it..........there is something hanging onto the car on the bottom so it doesnt DROP there is something PULLING u down and , trust me, i loved the ride when i first went on it and i would say that the Tower of Terror and the Rock'n'Roll rollercoaster are equally scary.

princess: *Tink* princess:

Why did you have to bring that up?:scared1: LOL It is not anythinglike the RRC.Although, there are some interesting things in there. The boiling roomis where you board the elevator. The bellhop who assists you in to your order can freak youout sometimes because they say"We hope you enjoy your stay" right before the door closes in the beggining of the ride, and they say it in a "freak you out"kinda way.
