Tower of Terror trivia question

Does anyone know if any of the 5 actors (and actresses) that are "stuck" in the ToT ride played in the Tower of Terror made for TV movie with Steve Guttenberg? The nanny looks a little familiar but the little blonde girl looks just like Sally Shine in the movie. I'm sure the other three actors are not in the movie.

I love the movie. Saw it when it was first run on network TV about 10 years ago and then bought the video in the ToT gift shop. I wonder why it is never shown on the Disney Channel now?

That's a good question. You can never get close enough to know if it is the actors from the movie.

By the way, that was a great movie. I wish they would show it again.

im sorry i dont know the answer. but the disney channel did play this movie this year during there "hauntober fest" I was suprised and so excited to see it!

It was on during Hauntoberfest on Disney Channel, but I didn't get a good enough look at the people on the ride.

Thanks! My question is still unanswered but I did learn that Kirsten Dundst was nominated for Best Young Actress for the ToT movie.

Still looking for the actors in the "real" show in the elevator. FYI the best place to see the actors is when you are in the library watching the preshow. The nanny pulls the little girl into the elevator by the arm and you get a pretty good look at her. She looks to be the same little girl (Sally Shine) only a year or 2 younger. The time frame is right but still not sure about the face.

Ok, I have the answer from www.towerofterror.org. Go to Secrets and the very last entry says Lindsay Ridgeway is the child star in the library video.

The nanny is Charlotte Helms who was not in the movie.
