Are towels provided at FW pools, or do you need to bring your own?

Towels are not provided.

You must bring your own.

I believe that most of the time there are not life guards either.

If you are staying in a cabin you can take some towels from there. If you are camping you'll need to take your own.

I remember that the pool at the Meadow area had a lifeguard in May...when we were there two years ago..but from what I remember of the cabins the small pool there didn't have a lifeguard at anytime, and I don't believe they offered towels either, you needed to bring your own.

Thanks everyone. DD7 :earsgirl: just reminded me only 2 months until our FW vacation. I'm sure we'll have more questions before then!

I believe you will find that the pool at the Meadows TP will always have a life guard year round for liability purposes. We have stayed at several times throughout the year and have always seen one, even in the rain when the pool wasn't being used.

What you call us doing is camping? Hmph. I thought camping in the true sense was in a tent and sleeping bag. Anyhow, it's camping at Disney which isn't regular ole camping you know? Normally, pools don't have towels at them. Disney pools do. Isn't FW a Disney Pool? I'm bringing chocolates for the pillows anyhow. :snooty:

I will personally see to it that Lewski has at least mints for her pillow. Sadly, I won't be there to actually put them on her pillow! Perhaps Tinkerbell can do it for me!
