Here's what I would do:
One day before or after going to MK, get on the resort monorail loop in front of the park. This will take you to the Contemporary (or you can walk to CR from MK), then the TTC, then to the Poly and GF. If you want to get to GF or Poly from MK a little faster, take the boats, which don't have the stops at CR or the TTC to slow you down. If you're just wanting to walk around the MK area resorts and not necessarily shop, you can visit all of them in about 60-90 minutes probably.
On another day, walk out of the Intl. Gateway entrance of EPCOT. From there, you can walk to Boardwalk, Swan/Dolphin and Beach Club/Yacht Club. If you don't go in the resorts, you can walk the entire loop between these resorts in about 15-20 minutes. You could take the boat, but walking is much faster. These resorts tend to be more compact than the MK area resorts, so looking around inside them wouldn't take as long as walking through the MK area resorts.
On the day you're visiting AK, you might try to catch the AK bus from there to tour that resort.
