Touring Suggestion?

This will be our first time heading to Universal post Harry Potter. We only have 1 day since this was a last minute add on. Beyond the Harry Potter attractions, the only thing DD12 really cares about is the Minion ride. We are staying at Cabana Bay on Friday night so will have EE for our 1 day on Saturday. Any suggestions on the best way to accomplish the HP stuff in both parks and the Minion ride with minimal line time? We won't have the express passes.

We'll be there on Saturday December 6th which is listed as busy but I'm thinking that's due to the first day for the Holiday parade so I'm hoping that it's busy with local folks who won't necessarily be there for early entry?

Thanks FargoBear. I did subscribe and I hope that forecast is correct because another site has it as a busy day and last year, this date was a 5 out of 10 for Touring Plans.

Keep in mind that Despicable me pretty much generates longer waits all the time ( even for express pass guests).I would try and get it done right after Harry Potter if you can .
