Hi!
On our upcoming spring break, my friend, our dads, and I are planning to visit SCAD; however, they do not offer tours the day we will be there.

Does anyone have any advice on where to go or what to see since we won't get an officiated tour? I'm interested in performing arts if that helps.
Thanks! :thumbsup2

Not too late! We have a little over a week til we're there!
Savannah :)

SAVANNAH! My hometown :) I love it there. First, Historic Downtown Savannah is where the campus of SCAD is located. There is no cohesive campus, but a lot of different buildings all across the city. SCAD has really made Savannah beautiful. They have done a lot with the city, especially old buildings and such. SCAD kids are some of the hippiest, coolest kids in the city. You can usually catch them in coffee shops or in the parks, walking barefoot lol or or riding bikes downtown.

Broughton St. has a lot of SCAD buildings. Their library is located on that street I believe.
They have a couple different art galleries located downtown too http://www.scad.edu/exhibitions/galleries/

I'm sure while you're there you can run into someone and ask them their opinions, if they stay in a dorm, which one, how to they like it and stuff like that. They are a pretty friendly bunch.

Be sure to check out Riverstreet while you're down there!
