Touring plans for 2 days

My son had a question on whether we could plan 1 our days as everything but Harry Potter and the other day only do HP stuff. I said I would ask the experts if that's a doable plan or not.

Has anyone done that?

May 7th and 10th. We are not staying on site.

you could aim for doing all the parry hotter sections in each park on one day, then the second day hit other rides and shows in both parks.
if you have the park to park tickets, you can switch parks on the HE at the studios.

do get in the entrance line early.
hotel guests will already be in the park due to early entry.
not known yet which park will have EE on the days you are going.
