Touring Plans & Errors in Planning

I'm using Touring Plans to layout my day for DHS. My first stop is at TSM! But, the plan is showing that I would have a wait of like 275 minutes! I'm trying to figure out if there is just a glitch going on in the system or if maybe TSM is going to be closed that day for some reason. I'm arriving at 9 am but yet the time set beside TSM showing 4:25 am. Anyone else having any problems??

There's a glitch somewhere, because it shouldn't be displayed a 4:25am time slot since the park isn't even open!

The 275 minute wait at 4:25am means just that if you got in line at 4:25am you would have to wait that long until you rode; which is accurate. 4:25am + 275 minutes with my math is 8:50am, which is roughly when DHS would open & the ride would open.

I would send an email to webmaster@touringplans.com explaining your problem. I had an issue the other day, emailed them and THE Len Testa replied and fixed my problem

Try clicking the optimize button, if I am remembering correctly from the other day. There are two things to click besides print, so click each of these and see if it changes.

A little hint... sometimes my touring plans would come out with glitches like that and usually it was because I had accidentally entered some times in my schedule as AM instead of PM or vice versa, thus confusing the system when I tried to optimize my plans.

OP, I like easywdw for free touring advice.
My favorite though is Ridemax. It's about $22 but it is wonderful and it works.

Recently it told me my wait for Soarin would be 1521 minutes

But, yes... when you enter times, you need to make sure that you enter it military style 15;00 = 3:00pm

try that or maybe delete and start over... definitely a glitch

OP-
Remember that DHS is now admitting guests through the turnstiles 15 min. prior to scheduled park opening. If you want to ride TSM first thing in the morning with little wait, be sure to be at the turnstiles well before a quarter to 9 (or whenever park opening is). Over NYE week, we rode TSM right away and then got off and got FPs to ride again and the FP return time was already 4:30-5:30 PM.

It keeps telling me to get like 4 fastpasses at once. Um...you aren't allowed to do that. It's making it impossible to use their optimize feature.

Yes, I tried to Optimize too and that didn't help. As another person suggested, I sent an email to tech support and awaiting a reply.

I had the same thing happen a couple of weeks ago. It even had me arriving at the exact same time as you!

I edited my arrival time, even though it was already showing correct. Once the page reloaded, it straightened itself out.

Glad you emailed them, though. I should have done the same as they need to be aware of the glitch.
