If you own a current unofficial guide you can get it for ~$6.95, IIRC. You have to enter some information from certain random pages to confirm that you do have one.

I think Disneyland is only $6.95 but Walt Disney World is $11.95.

Is touring plans the best planner for DL? How do the others compare?

From what I can see, DL is an ADDITIONAL $6.95 on top of the $11.95 for WDW.
