Touring Plans - Changing A Room Requet

Hello - our room request was sent by TP a couple of weeks ago for our stay next week at the Yacht Club.....I learned today that the scaffolding for the refurb is right at the area we requested.......this is for a water view room that we intentionally booked because we plan to spend far more time at the resort than usual. Does anyone know what happens if you want to make changes to a room request after it is already sent? Will TP recognize that it has been edited and attempt to send again?

I think that if you edit the room request TP automatically sends a new request. It may be worth asking on the TP forum or Lines, if you subscribe or asking @lentesta on here.

I am a subscriber, but I'm not sure how to ask a question there.....I don't use it frequently, usually really only around go time for room requests and crowd calendars every so often. I will try! THanks for the insight.

UPDATING to share that while I did not get a specific answer to my question through the boards, I just received an e-mail from Touring Plans saying that my room request was successfully faxed, so that answers the question! Posting here with the hopes it may help someone with the same question......

Now to focus on packing and obessing over every other detail of the trip before we leave on Sunday!!

Dang I didnt even think about that. I am going to post this in the YC/BC forum too but if you know off hand which section is being worked on that would be great. I have a feeling we might have requested over there too.

In a FB group I follow, somone posted a photo that showed the scaffolding - the area was the water view rooms over the lobby from ground to roof. If you google search "scaffolding at Disney's Yacht Club" a few blog posts will come up with the same photo. My original room request was 4177
