Touring plan- Minnies and Jedi training

We only are in the parks from opening to 11 or 11:30. (then come back at 4) We are going in August. What time would you schedule Minnie's breakfast to maximize your chance of being chosen for jedi training? I imagine we'd say an hour or so at the breakfast? (thought DS has food allergies, so I'm not sure how much longer breakfast would be)

If you do Minnie's on a MM day you can start before the park opens and then you'll be done before the first Jedi show. They usually do a show around 10:30am and the last around 4:30pm. That only gives you really 2 chances.
