We will be at HS the first Saturday in September (6th). There's not much to do there and I would love go fit it all in before the 1:20 LMA show. Here's my plan. There are 7 people in my part including a toddler and my grandmother :)

Be there 30 minutes before opening and go straight TSM and get on to ride

See Disney Jr show at 9:40

Mermaid show at 10

Star Tour at 10:35 (FP+)

ADR at H&V at 11:15

Muppet Vision at 12:30 (FP+)

LMA stunt show at 1:20

Exit

I do think it's too ambitious as the times are incredibly close. For instance, Disney Jr. Live on Stage is 20 minutes in length yet you've planned to be at VoTLM for 10a, but by the time you arrive they'll be queueing for the next showing. H&V is notoriously late with their seating and at times we've waited 30-45 minutes past our ADR time. Everything within the restaurant is going to have to be running like a well oiled wheel that morning for you to be in and out to make Muppets by 12:30p and it'll most likely be near 12:45-1p by the time you're exiting H&V.

Oh I forgot to mention that's EMH so they will be opening at 8. If we are not out of lunch in time to do the muppets we will probably skip it in favor of the stunt show

The only thing that means is you'll be finished with TSM before the 9:40 Disney Jr, but it doesn't help you with getting to Mermaid. I don't see that happening. If there's not an earlier show for one of these, you'll probably have to choose which one you want to do.

Ok thanks. Which would you recommend if we had to choose between mermaid and disney jr?

Instead of Disney Jr at 9:40, you can do stand by for Star Tours at that time. You should be in and out quick enough for Little Mermaid at 10. Then you can do Disney Jr at 10:30. Muppets might be too ambitious before LMA, you would probably have to be out of H&V by 12:30 to have any shot.

With EMH, you should be able to do TSMM, ST, and Muppets all by 9:00 or at least not long past that, even without FP+, as long as you're among the first people to TSMM. I don't know about showtimes for Disney, Jr. or Little Mermaid, but if there are any earlier shows, that will give you more wiggle room between shows and also since you won't have to fit Muppets in after lunch you've got more flexibility if H&V is running late.

With EMH, you should be able to do TSM, then stand by for Star Tours, then do Muppets, then Little Mermaid at 10, and Disney Jr at 10:30.

From reports at DHS this week, due to new RD procedure, 30 minutes is not early enough to ride TSMM in under a half hour at RD. I'd plan at least an hour depending on where you are in the pack. If its less, you'll have extra time in your plan to do other stuff.
