Touring plan - afternoon start/tweens?

Not a subscriber yet but was looking at available plans and I see late arrival plans for small kids only? My girls are 9 and do not want to do dumbo, pooh etc. they want to do pirates, the mountains but I'm not sure if I can just substitute those " baby" rides ( in their words) for the bigger ones?? If there is a plan like this on there then I will do it for sure but don't want to spend the $ if its not gonna help us. Ty
