Hi Everyone,
I'm wondering how one would go about getting a tour of the DVC properties?
My family and I are considering purchasing but haven't seen every resort.
We will be there in December for 11 days and would like to try and set something up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!![]()
There are model rooms available for Kidani, SSR, BLT, BWV, VGF, and Aulani.

No more BLT model rooms. The model room at BLT was turned over to member inventory and the one at the Preview Center was closed.

OP, it sounds as though you are looking for a guided tour of the DVC resorts? If so, that is not available. The tour the previous posters are referring to is at Saratoga Springs, and consists of a sales pitch with some ice cream at the end. You can also view model rooms of whichever resorts they are currently actively selling. If you want to see the actual resorts, you would need to do that on your own.
Ok..yes..that is what I was thinking! Thank you for telling me this. Well...we have two and a half free days durning our next trip so we can go and look around a bit.
Will they let us look at the DVC units ?
I don't think you have to see every resort and every unit type to get a good feel for the DVC resorts. One should start with a basis of disney trip knowledge including staying on property. If one doesn't have that historical knowledge, I probably wouldn't buy initially, just get information and maybe rent at DVC for at least 1 stay. One can walk the resorts and ask to see rooms if available in addition to seeing the model rooms that are available. Try to plan options & events that will get you to various locations. Maybe a dinner at Olivia's, shopping at DTD and walk over the SSR, etc.Ok..yes..that is what I was thinking! Thank you for telling me this.
