Tour Reservations?

Maybe I'm just blind, but for some reason I can't find when to call to make tour reservations. Is it 90 days out or what? Thanks in advance!

Could you tell me if the '+10 rule' also applies four tours if you are a resort guet or is that only applicable to dining?

Yes. I am going on two tours during my May trip. I called 90 days from my check in and was able to book both tours.
