Tour question for ppl who have used the dvc discount

Hi! Have you ever been asked to show your DVC membership card when checking in for your tour?

Only if I wanted the discount. If you don't have the member card, the discount may not happen.

Oh it's pre-paid, I just wanted to know if I really need to have the card with me that day.

I carry all my cards now. When I have them, no one asks, when I don't, someone wants it. So now I carry them all - ID, APs, Membership Card, TIW card, Disney Visa cc. Maybe I should also start carrying my AAA card

that's interesting (never even thought to ask about AAA in WDW)
guess we're adding another card to the wallets.

It has been a while since my husband did the backstage tour but, yes he needed to show his members card for the discount.

When we did the tour, we didn't have to supply our card at check in. But I had mine with me just in case!! Always carry my card while in Disney and ask if there is a discount.

On tours Disney Visa is usually the deepest, but they bill it ahead of time to the Visa card.
