I hope it is OK to be a reposter. I posted this question on the Theme Parks forum but thought this might be the more proper place. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

For those of you who use a touring strategy, I have UG and Passporter and the tour plans are not the same. Anyone have a preference? For Early May crowds (UG says 6 of 10 crowd level for that time)?

I want to consolidate ideas and thoughts and books so I'm hoping to pick one over the other for park days. I like both books though and will bring both to the resort for reference but want to bring just a page from one or the other to the parks.

Does the one or the other leave out some rides? We like to try to hit pretty much all rides and shows and such but still stopping for flowers, street entertainment, birds, hidden mickeys (not always but as we feel like it).

I bought the UG the last time we went just because the Passporter did not have a touring strategy. I was glad to see that they do have one now so I am not going to buy an updated UG this time.

I really like the Passporter and I think they have put a lot of research into them so I am going to go by my passporter. I am having my kids DS16 and DD 14 go through the attractions and mark the ones the definitely want to see. I will make sure they are there. If the aren't I will probably type up my own based on Passporters and only take the paper into the park.

Good Luck!

Kmccain,

Thanks for your insight. I think I'll do that too: list what's important to us and if it's not on PP's plan, add it in. Then just carry that page w/fold out map and tour plan into that day's park.

Almost time to go !!!! Wahooooooooo.
