I'm planning the same way for our trip this September. Except I still need to make my ADR's.

No ADR's yet?!? I tried making some "last minute" changes to my ADR's a month ago already (for our Sept. 27th trip) and found VERY LITTLE availability due to the free dining in September. You may want to think about making some ADR's soon, especially for the more popular places.
