Tour before buying?

Hi were news to this sorta, I mean my bf mom has rci and we know how that works. My question is do or will they let you tour before purchase? Is there any perks to going to a presentation? Were going to dlr in may & thought perhaps we'd check it out..wish we had been able to use rci for gcv but nothing available if we were looking right lol..one last ? Where or how would one go about setting up going to a presentation? Any info much appreciated

There are DVC booths in Downtown Disney and in both parks that could schedule a tour for you when you visit. I believe that the models that are currently open at DL are for Aulani. The sales area is smaller than at WDW and they only have the one set up.

Nope - not invisible!

I think it's just that fewer people on the boards have been to the sales center at DL compared to WDW. I stopped in and saw the Aulani model there in Dec. The rooms are beautiful! Similar in look and feel to GCV. The layout is different compared to all the older resorts of OKW, BCV, BWV, SSR and VWL. I don't know where you're considering buying but just so you are aware. In addition to decor the layout is also a little different even compared to the newer resorts of AKL and BLT.

Dont think we've really decided yet but have looked online @ some resale at gcv, his gramma has a rci timeshare in ft lauderdale we would use to go to fla so maybe gvc or alauni dunno lol
