Tour at BLT, can you make reservations through Member Services?

Hi, We are leaving for Disney October 7 (YEAH) staying at Saratoga, tried to get BWV or BCV but couldn't get it. Most definitely because of the food festival which is the reason we are going.

We want to attend the tour at Bay Lake Tower the second day we are there and was wondering can you make reservations for it through member services? We went to it the last time we were there but my husband didn't come. I would love for him to take the tour.
