I was wanting to do something extra special this trip so I was thinking of a tour. I would love to go on the Keys to the Kingdom but my daughter is only 10 so... Who all has been on the Family Magic Tour and the Marceline to Magic Kingdom Tour? What are they like? If you've been on both, which one would you suggest is the better choice?

We did the family Magic Tour several years ago. We went on a guided quest through the MK looking for various items that one of the villains had taken from each princess. Our guide was very interactive with our kids (10, 8, 6). We rode Winnie the Pooh (this was before the new Fantasy Land) played games with Peter Pan and then ended with a very nice surprise. It was wonderful and a truly magical experience for both the kids and adults.
I have never done Marceline to Magic but I think the Family Magic tour is more geared toward the kids.

Also did Family Magic Tour years ago. Loved it. Have it scheduled again for our next trip so the little one gets a chance.

Thanks for the info! Are both of these tours a private tour or are you with a group of people?

We did the family Magic Tour twice and really enjoyed it. I will say though, that I think the sweet spot on that one, as far as age, is more in the 4 - 6 range. The first time we did it my son was 5 and it was perfect. The 2nd time he was 7 and although he still enjoyed it, you could tell it was more geared to the younger ones. There was one girl (a sibling) who was 11 and she ended up hanging back and not really participating, although a few times our guide did have that girl "help" the younger kids a few times, which was a good way of making sure everyone was included.

You tour with a group of people. I did the Marceline to the Magic Tour and unless your 10 year old is really into Walt Disney, the Family Magic Tour would most likely be a better fit.

The Marceline to the Magic Tour gave away some secrets and we rode HM and It's a Small World with the Tour Guide talking about cool things on each as well as walking and talking in other areas.

It looks like 12 is the youngest age for Marceline to the Magic Tour.

You will be with other families. We lucked out one year and were the only ones on the Family Magic Tour, the next year there were 4 families. I think they say they try to max it at 20 people.
