TOTWL Tour/Presentation?

Haven't read anything about it on here lately. Are they still doing the Top of the world lounge sale presentation/ tour thingy @ BLT?? We are going in about 3 weeks and would like to go check it out. Anyone has any info? Thanks.

We stayed at BLT two weeks ago... a DVC rep told me they were still doing the Member event daily at TOTW at 1pm daily. She said you need to make reservations to attend. We didn't do it as we already added on at BLT & aren't interested in adding on at Aulani.

If you haven't been to TOTWL yet - GO! You don't have to be interested in adding on. It is fun, someting different to do, and you get an exclusive pin (for all you collectors out there). The cheesecake suckers (or whatever you call them) are GREAT!

Can we call MS before we leave for the trip? According to my plan I only have the 2nd day afternoon available, and we will be arriving late the first night. I really want to go see TOTWL.

Try calling MS; I made my rez for it after arrival at BLT, at the DVC desk; ask for the 1 p.m. Member event. You will need to be at BLT about 12:30 - 12:45, and plan on it lasting 2 hours. There are small sandwiches and the cheesecake lollipops (chocolate covered, yummy) and tea and coffee (so you can make it do for lunch, or a good snack). You don't get the pin and the FP card until the end, but you'll get a totebag when you get to the lounge. And maybe win some other stuff (I got a string backpack that I like). So, it's an investment in time (the trivia game goes on a long time, the sales part is pretty short), but worth going to. You may spend longer if you tour the rooms at the end (I was early so got to see the villa before the event started).

idk, I guess you can reserve through MS but we did it on our arrival day at SSR in August and we got a reservation for next day. Can't hurt to give MS or your guide a call to ask if they can set you up before your trip.

We enjoyed the tour and were glad we got to see TOTWL especially since our original trip dates had changed and we had to give up BLT reservation that we had made at 7 months no less when that happened ( but we did enjoy SSR, it was our 1st stay there so it's all good ). If you have kids along you can take them to tour also, they've got some fun things with them in mind.
