TOTWL or California Grill for viewing Wishes?

Which place has a better view of Wishes? I have been to California Grill but have never made it to TOTWL. Thinking of trying it in November.

I do not think there is a reason to prefer one over the other, viewing wise. I enjoy them both, but I've been to TOTW more often. I've gone just for the fireworks or for drinks, socializing and fireworks at least 15 times.
