TOTW New Years Eve

We are going to the Citrus Bowl on New Years Eve. We won't get back until early evening so I really do not want to buy a park ticket. We are staying at Bay Lake. Can we access the TOTW that evening or is there a special event going on? I tried searching this but did not find anything. Is there anything else we could/should do that evening? I was thinking of maybe heading over to the GF if the lounge does not work out.

Member Services will have this information so call them for sure, but generally when the lounge is closed due to a special event however the viewing balcony will still be available.
