I have a total of 96 points available for rent. Our home-away-from-home is Boardwalk Villas with an October use year.
None of the points may be transferred to another member's account.
Point cost is $10 per point.
Usual DVC maid service included: Trash/towel on day 4, full on day 7.
Rental terms are:
(1) Contact me (email to jaschones@yahoo.com preferred, use DVC somewhere in the subject title to get past my spam filters) with a range of dates. I can reserve 11 months in advance for Boardwalk Villas and 7 months for the rest of the DVC properties. I will confirm availability via email or phone.
(2) Once we have confirmed that you want the reservation, I will reserve in your name. I will need your name, the number of adults and children in your party and room preferences (smoking/location). Room preferences are a suggestion to DVC and I can't guarantee what you will get. You can confirm the reservation by phone if you wish.
(3) I will scan the reservation letter when I receive it and send you a copy.
(4) If the reservation is sooner than 90 days out, payment in full is required. If the reservation is later than 90 days out, a deposit of 50% is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
(5) Upon receipt of the deposit (or full payment as describe above), I will send you the original reservation letter.
(6) The remaining payment, if needed, is required 90 days before the reservation. If payment is not received 70 days before the start of the reservation, I will cancel the reservation and keep the deposit.
If you have a change of plans, I am more than happy to change the reservation to a different date or property. We trade on eBay as scoutersinok , so you can check out our feedback profile if you wish.
