I want to get my sister a copy of Dave Ramsey's TMMO. I read the newest version and was telling her about it. She now wants to read it. There are some used copies online for about $6 with shipping but they are the 2003 version. Does it really make a difference which version I buy? I'm assuming the 2003 version still have the baby steps, right?
Thanks!

I have the 2003 version & briefly skimmed a newer edition and could not really tell any difference. I'm sure the newer version has updated info on the current economic condition, so possibly changing investment advice and things like that. But basically it is still the same book. I think every book he writes has the baby steps in it!:thumbsup2

I think that the editions are probably pretty much the same and the principles are unchanged.

BTW, I think it's a great gift! DR was having a big sale right before Christmas and we bought Books and AudioBooks to give away as gifts.

I think the baby steps are the same, I recall hearing updated "personal stories" in the newer editions. The basic principals of the program should be the same, I'd imagine.
