I have been told that DVC dues are $3-$4 per point dependant on home resort.

Is there any other hidden fee such as DVC yearly membership/ Banking or borrowing fees/ taxes etc.

No banking or borrowing fees, taxes are included with dues. There are no additional fees when using DVC resorts.

Exchanging out or using concierge collection or cruising all require a $75 non-refundable charge.

If you use your points to stay at one of the 5 DVC resorts, then your dues are the ONLY money you pay annually. This includes amounts for the DVC operating budget, Capital Reserves, and estimated taxes. Dues are adjusted each year using actual taxes paid for the prior year, and any changes in the budgets.

If you go outside of DVC, such as the cruise line etc., then additional feels do apply as Rich indicated.
