we went in June and stayed at a value resort - the only extras there were if you wanted a fridge in the room. As for the restaurants, the only thing that I wasn't fully prepared for was the amount of the tip. With 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids, it usually topped $20 per meal. And, sometimes the server just charged it to our room instead of letting me leave the cash I had stashed for that reason!
Other than that, it sounds like you have most everything covered! Have fun - it's worth every penny!
If you don't want to add the cost of the tip to your room charges just write CASH on the tip line. (unless you have one of the larger parties where the tip is automatic). Then it won't get added in. I did this every time. Never a problem.
Don't forget tips for other people besides mousekeeping and ADRs.
If you do curbside check-in of your luggage at the airport you have to tip that person.
Plus bell services at the hotel (though you can save that by bringing up your own luggage).
Also if you have little ones budget an extra $20-$30 for extra tips for mousekeeping (that you may bring home with you

). DS had an accident one night

and I had to have them change all the bedding on the bed plus they had to clean the mattress

. We left $10 in extra tip that day.
Also, you say you have a package so I'm assuming
DDP, but for a family of 5 I had $129 in OOP expenses for food not including tips. This was for drinks, the extra meals, etc. not covered by the plan (unfortunately, 6 nights of credits doesn't equal 7 days of food

).
