TOT Theme Park Tickets?

Disney sent me a password to purchase the theme park tickets. However, it doesn't work. I've emailed but I have not received a response yet. I also tried calling the number that is listed, but it sends me to voice mail. Did anyone else have this problem? And, is there another number I could try calling? I have tried calling the general ticket number but the phone just rings and rings. Thanks!

Really! How do you get this? I'm signed up for the ToT and staying on Disney property but I didn't get an email.

I received the password in an email about two weeks ago. I thought everyone received one.

If you signed up early, you did not get a password. I signed myself up right out of the gates and signed up DH in July just before closing. He got the password in his confirmation email. I emailed and it took 2 weeks for a reply. I would keep trying to call. The ticket prices are well worth it.

Do they do discount tickets for the marathon also? DS#1 and his Gf are coming the week before the ToT and I already purchased them 6 day passes, but since these cheaper I might just purchase one of these and then have DS#2 use the other one when he comes for the marathon in Jan if they don't sell discount tickets. However, if discount tickets are available for the marathon won't bother.
