Okay guys this is it! We are on a down hill slide to reach our goals now. We have only this week to push thru and get the job done. I got down to 146 then had a rough week and i'm up 3lbs so i need a major whoosh to get to 145 which was my goal. We had a death in the family and i found myself eating late, eating earlier and eat bad at times. So now i have to get with the program this week if i'm gonna make my goal. How are you guys doing are we gonna make it? On Friday morning instead of a check in thread we'll do a final tally of pounds lost this last 7 weeks and have a braggin rights thread how bout that? And be thinking of where you want to go from here we may do something to push to Thanksgiving if you guys want to so let me know if your interested in a Turkey for pounds thread? How many turkeys can you loose a 7, 10, 13, 15,20 lber?LOL Have a great week my wish friends. Your doing an awesome job and i'm sorry i have'nt been around much last week to tell each of you that.

This week I have lost another 3lbs which puts me at 30/20. I also am able to claim my 40lb clippie and I have finally made it to onderland so this has been a great week for me!!
I've never missed a goal since being at WISH- it's tough to admit but it just adds coal to the fire in my belly to hit 143 by the end of April!!!! YEAH!!! Let's GO TEAM!!!!
