Tot 5k/13k wish meet?!?

Hey WISHers. Are we planning on meeting up before the race? I haven't seen anyone mention anything...

Haven't heard anything either Shan. I only took Saturday night off for the race so maybe we can all meet somewhere before the race at the Studios or after the finish line!

We can meet before/after the race fro sure, but if others want to do soemthing else, I'm up for it!

I'd definitely like to meet up before the race. Have either of you done this race before and know of a good spot to hook up? DH will probably be wearing his WISH shirt, but I'm thinking about dressing up as Minnie Mouse.

n 07, you went liek oyu were going to MGM (it wass sitll MGM ) And went left before the gates. That's where bag check was and there were WISH shirts gatehred in that direction, before teh corrals. Try for the same this year? Dh and i will be inour WISH shirts.

Just discovered the WISH thread & so glad I did! I'm giving the 13k a try & doing it solo--1st time running this far & 1st time traveling w/out the family so I'm a bit nervous & hoping to run into some like minds and friendly folks!

Look for folks in lime green - we are all very friendly!!! Just introduce yourself and I am sure you will find a running (or walking) partner for the race!

Did 5+miles tonight with not too much trouble from the broken toe or the healing sinuses, so maybe there's hope.

Yoga on the Beach @ BCV, followed by massage to loosen up, followed by a long relaxing day before my BIGGEST race ever!

Going solo isn't sounding so bad all of a sudden!
