Tortuga Tavern and Tomorrowland Terrace

With Casey's being in refurb until Sept 14 and the Lunching Pad unti the 16th, what are the chances that either Tortuga or Terrace will be open during those times? We have never been to Tom Terrace (well, me not since 1991 anyway), and none of us ever went to EPyEP/Tortuga, so we would like to do either of these.

Really hoping TT will be open Im wanting to try that lobster roll!! Id say with it being FD and two places closed there is a good chance but dont quote me on it..

When we went at the end of June TT was closed and TLT was open.
