Tortola excursions

does anyone know what excursions for Tortola have been selling out quickly and which ones typically are available closer to the cruise date? I am particularly interested int he certified scuba excursion. I can book at 90 days, but the rest of the people going with me 75 days.

I can only speak from my experience, we were in Tortola December 2015, My husband did the scuba excursion and there were only 2 others that did it with him. My sons and I went to the Baths and although there were a lot of people, I do not think it was sold out.
