Tortola Car Rentals

Does anyone that has been to Tortola know if there is a car rental company down by where the cruise ships come in. I would like to rent a car for the day while there next month. Thanks for any information you can give.

Interesting question. There are the companies listed on Cruise Critic. I can't post links yet. Does one need an international drivers license?
