Tortilla Jo's @ DD

Was wondering if anyone has tried Tortilla Jo's at DD? And if so would you recommend this place for dinner. Thanks.

I ate there for lunch once a few years ago (I had just gone into DTD to pick something up) and I liked it.

We went ther for dinner for the first time in March and thought it was really nice. I would recommend it.

I've eaten there twice and would highly recomend it. They have a nice outside bar area as well...If you like that.

We have eaten there four or five times and really enjoy it. We like to sit outside, I have never once been to the interior dining room. We also like to do their takeout window sometimes. I would and have recommended it. However, I have also found Mexican food is a personal thing. Sometimes the style one person likes another doesn't as Mexican food really varies by region. This is not a Tex Mex variety like a lot of people are used to. But again, we really enjoy it and my brother and his wife (who we recommended try it) also love it. Hope that helps a bit!

We have only eaten at the takeout window at Tortilla Jo's. However, their carne asada (sp?) steak is some of the best I have ever had.

I can't remember what we ordered, but DH and I both liked it. The margarita was good I would recommend it, but I agree that mexican food preferences are very different. DH and I prefer fresh-mex or more authentic mexican food rather than tex-mex.
